Background: Coop bank had already garnered the trust of rural residents. In 2021, the focus shifted towards targeting urban residents and entrepreneurs. A comprehensive marketing campaign was launched across various ATL and BTL channels, and it continued for a significant portion of the year.






Results: In just one year, Coop bank's customer base increased by 34%. During the same period, the bank's deposit volume grew by 42%, and its net profit doubled. Follow-up studies revealed that our brand campaign effectively portrayed the bank as more local (+17%) and more appealing (+25%) than their closest competitor.
